  • If you're having trouble with the Tap-It feature, try the following steps:

    1. Ensure NFC is Enabled
      Check that NFC is turned on in your phone’s settings. Most smartphones have this feature in the "Connections" or "Wireless & Networks" section. It is the feature of Contactless Payment.

    2. Position Your Phone Correctly
      Hold your phone near the Tap-It tag, typically near the back center of the device where the NFC reader is located. Adjust the position slightly if it doesn’t register immediately.

    3. Check Compatibility
      Some older devices may not have NFC capabilities. Verify that your phone supports NFC.
